Accessibility statement

Clarity is committed to care everyone can reach, online and in the clinic. We work to meet recognized accessibility standards and remove barriers wherever we find them.

Our commitment

Everyone should be able to learn about our treatments, understand what to expect, and book a consultation without obstacles. We treat accessibility as part of clinical quality. This statement explains what we aim for, the measures we have taken, the limitations we know of, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

Standard we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Published by the World Wide Web Consortium, these guidelines make web content more accessible across a wide range of abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification, or who are sensitive to motion. Conformance is an ongoing target, and we review pages as we add and update content.

Measures we have taken

This site is built with the following in mind:

  • Semantic HTML. Meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and labels let assistive technology convey structure and order.
  • Keyboard navigation. Interactive elements work with a keyboard, and a skip link jumps straight to the main content.
  • Reduced-motion support. We respect your operating system's reduced-motion setting. When set, animated and scroll-driven effects are minimized or removed.
  • Color contrast. Text and meaningful interface elements meet AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
  • Visible focus states. Keyboard focus is shown clearly so you can see where you are.
  • Responsive layout. Content reflows across screen sizes and supports zoom without loss of function.

Known limitations

Some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to identify and resolve these issues. Known and potential limitations include:

  • Third-party tools, such as booking or scheduling components, may not fully meet our standards. We are reviewing them with our vendors.
  • Some older documents or media may lack complete text alternatives until updated.
  • Newly published pages may contain issues we have not yet caught in review.

This list will be updated as specific issues are confirmed and addressed.

In the clinic

Accessibility extends beyond this website. If you have a disability or a specific access need, tell us when you book or before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you so your visit proceeds comfortably. A consultation is required before any treatment, and we will discuss your needs as part of it.

How to request help or report a barrier

If you hit a barrier on this site or need information in a different format, we want to hear from you. Describe the problem, the page or task involved, and how we can reach you. We will respond and work with you to provide the information or service you need.

We treat accessibility feedback as a priority and aim to acknowledge requests promptly.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We test pages, train our team, and revisit this statement as our site and standards evolve. As we confirm and fix issues, we update the measures and limitations here. Your feedback helps us improve.

This statement is provided for general information and reflects our current practices. It is not legal advice or a warranty of conformance. Individual results vary across treatments, and a consultation is required to determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
